The existence of this organization within the school education system responds to our conscious awareness to accomplish the following objectives:

1. To promote the spirit of solidarity beyond the strictly academic context.

2. To provide students with a framework to develop their skills and personal concerns.

3.To encourage students to achieve self-realization of their activities and promote responsibility and accountability for one's actions.

4. To intensify the coexistence between teachers and students beyond class, thus enhancing the educational imperative ratio, which should be understood in the relationship between education and human development.

5. To assume students' essential role of participating school activities  responsibly.
